This Privacy Policy explains how Sputni Live GmbH ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and discloses your personal data when you use our streaming platform, website, and related services (the "Service"). We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the national data protection laws of the European Union.

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Account data is retained for the lifetime of your account and deleted within 30 days of account closure. Server logs are retained for 90 days. Payment records are retained for 10 years as required by German commercial and tax law (HGB/AO).

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your data with: our payment service provider (to process payments); our hosting and content-delivery providers (to deliver the Service); analytics providers (where you have consented); and public authorities, where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, or on an adequacy decision for the destination country.

However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Service is not directed to children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe we have collected personal data from a child under 16, please contact us at privacy@sputni.live, and we will delete such data.
